About Us

Pioneers of

Atmavishvas School for Special Children is
a non-profit,
non-governmental
organisation started in June 2008 to help

children with special needs & integrate
them into society.
Today, Atmavishvas has
a team of 12 educators nourishing the
minds
of over 80 special students who hail from far
and remote
villages of Pernem Taluka.

educators
including teachers with special
education
training, a physiotherapist, a
speech therapist,
a music teacher and
other support staff.

At Atmavishvas, we build individually tailored
programmes
aimed at the overall
development of a child. Students are
divided
as per their age, I.Q. & functional level. Every

interactive learning session is fun and
playful, and our kids are

indulge in the activities.
